Auctioneer Oliver Bruce Opened with a vendor bid of $3,000,000 in front of a large crowd gathered in clusters under the shade. Initially slow to get started, two bidders under opposing trees, soon met Mr Bruce’s request for bids of $25,000. Swiftly the price climbed to $3,250,000 where Mr Bruce declared that it was now on the market. After two more quick bids, the property was bought under the hammer by Bidder 2 for $3,300,000 and received a round of applause from the crowd.
