Auctioneer Davide Lettieri opens with a vendor bid of $2,100,000. After some moments a bloke offers $2,000,000 but Davide won’t relent, 'No, we aren't going to go backwards'. A bidder making himself at home, seated on the front porch offers $10,000. This auction looks to be going nowhere fast. A time out is called and our auctioneer dashes indoors. A couple of women approach agent Andrew Gibbons and ask if they can pop in for a quick look, adding that if they like it they will bid. And they do. After the speedy inspection they become Bidder 2 when adding $10,000 at the restart. So now there is an auction between the guy on the porch and the two women who wrestle control of the proceedings. A three-quarter-time break brings news that the property is on the market at $2,260,000. A few more bids and the women with their male friend have secured the property on first sight.
