After repeated calls, no bidding and a quick visit inside, Mr Tostevin suggested a rise of $10,000. With still no action from the crowd, Mr Tostevin began to wind things up. At the very last call, Bidder 1 offered $5,000. There were no further bids. The property was passed in to Bidder 1 and negotiations moved inside.
