Scott Patterson did his best to nudge his bidders along after a vendor opening of $4,400,000 suggesting bid amounts throughout. However, it was death by a thousand bids as the drawn out auction extended into 50 minutes with one of the bidders even yawning at one point.
With bids reaching $4,605,000 the agents retreated indoors to see what the vendor wanted to do and the answer was that they wanted to sell. This on market confirmation saw Bidder 3 kick into action, further drawing out the battle of $1,000s, $5,000s, and a few $10,000s for good measure in the hope of shaking off one another. All three bidders hung in there with several $1000 rises reviving the auction after multiple counts of 'going once, going twice'. The first Bidder in held on in the end.
