After a shy start from the crowd, auctioneer Scott Patterson kicked the auction off with a vendor bid of $2,000,000 and called for a rise of $25,000. Bidder 1 was keen to join in, as was Bidder 2. Bidder 2 hesitated when the bids reached $2,125,000 which was a good opportunity for Bidder 3 to throw his hat in the ring. Bidder 1 was showing strength against Bidder 3 with solid up bids. $2,300,000 saw Bidder 3 out and Bidder 2 make a come back. Half time was called at $2,350,000, 'not quite on the market yet' saw a few more bids before the home was passed in to Bidder 1 at $2,370,000. The home was bought after auction for $2,420,000.
