The crowd was spread out on all sides of this corner property as well as the bidders. Daniel Wheeler kicked off proceedings and was met with Bidder 1 offering $1,800,000. Mr Wheeler requested $20,000 rises and Bidder 2 accepted a few moments later. Back and forth the bidding went till Bidder 1 held the bid at $2,000,000 with a pause in momentum a break was taken. Upon return, we were selling and Bidder 2 came in for a last $5,000 and Bidder 1 responded immediately. So in came Bidder 3 at $2,020,000 and Bidder 4 at $2,025,000. At this point Bidder 1 and 2 were out and with one final bid from Bidder 3 the property was bought for $2,030,000.
