我们关注一下30场拍卖中20场来自Balwyn和Balwyn North的拍卖,这意味今天的数字不代表墨尔本整个市场的情况,所以今天让我们忘掉竞标者人数、清盘率作为墨尔本市场精确指标——只是看一看它们真正反映的,Balwyn或亚洲市场。
