17 Langridge Street, MIDDLE PARK
BOUGHT* - Undisclosed
A solid crowd of 50 attended the auction of this renovated two-level Victorian terrace on another perfect Saturday afternoon. Michael Paproth's booming voice carried over the road where most of the watchers were huddled under the trees. But the interest was on the near side. After a quick opening bid of $1,750,000, a vendor bid of $1,800,000 signalled half-time.
After the main break another bidder entered the fray, and after a series of $5,000 bids, the property reached $1,850,000 where it was passed in.
On a busy day for Mr Paproth, a quick negotiation secured a sale of an undisclosed amount.
